The supplier

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us and our Affiliates harmless, to the maximum extent allowed by the relevant laws, from any loss, liability, claim, or demand made by any third party as a result of or arising out of your violation of any law, the rights of a third party, or your User Content. Despite everything to the contrary below, both parties agree that a party may seek injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in a state or federal court consistent with the part entitled “Governing Law” below, and both parties consent to exclusive authority and venue in such courts insofar as the conflict arises from (a) any violation of intellectual property rights in any manner; (b) any claim related to, or arising from, allegations of theft, piracy, unauthorized use, or a violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act; and (c) any claim for financial relief. In addition to the aforementioned, any party may file a single claim in a small claims court for disputes that are under the authority of that court.
Termination
For all purposes, this agreement’s responsibilities and liabilities that the parties committed before the termination date will remain in effect even after it ends. Until either you or us terminate them, these Terms of Service remain in force. For any reason or for no reason at all, at any time in our sole judgment, with or without notification to you, we can terminate or suspend your access to the Site, remove your profile and any content or information you have posted on the Site, and/or prohibit you from using or accessing the Site.
Miscellaneous
The other provisions of this agreement will remain in full force and effect in case any part is found to be invalid or unconstitutional. Any like portion will be interpreted in line with the laws in force, trying to adhere to the parties’ original motives. After this contract expires, this provision, the sections on property rights, indemnity, and limitation of liability will all still be in effect. This agreement may not be assigned to you.
